This design consists of two parts- 1)The Embroidery Stitch File, for the Hearts and 2)The Rhinestone cut Template file, which you will need an electronic cutting machine, such as a Cricut or a Brother Scan n Cut. You can also you the cut file to cut HTV, to use in place of the rhinestones, for a similar effect.
